My Shoes are Out to Get Me
I can't walk in heels. I admit it. This morning I was crossing a busy street downtown and tripped over my heels so bad that BOTH of my shoes came off. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.
I bet I made someone's day, though. Nothing like starting your day off laughing at the expense of someone else, in this case, me.
My Thankful Five:
1. Flats.
2. I made it through the first day of school.
3. My kids made it through the first day of school.
4. My husband made it through the first day of school.
5. The Old Testament. This morning I read a great story, which I wrote about in my other blog.

Sleeping With the Enemy

We've been reading about gratitude, and I've realized that I need to be more grateful. Aren't we so lucky to have a prophet?

3. My kids getting hold of the camera. If they didn't, I wouldn't have pictures like this:
