Happy Inauguration Day!

In honor of the event, I no longer have the flu.

Seriously, though. What a great occasion!

1. I was well enough to go ice skating last night for FHE. It was my kid's first time, and IT WAS SO FUN! We had a blast!

2. Enrichment tonight: it's Nifty to be Thrifty!

3. My husband holding the fort down (and sanitizing it) while I slept for a day and a half.

4. America. I feel so patriotic today.

5. My sister is doing a giveaway on her blog. She is SO talented, and anyone would be lucky to win her handmade cards. Remember, cheap is good - GIVEAWAYS are better!

Here Comes the Sun

Last night when I got home there was still some light outside, and this morning walking into work I could see some light over the mountains.

I MIGHT ACTUALLY GET TO SEE SUNLIGHT AGAIN AFTER ALL!

I miss it.

My Five:
1. My boys are feeling better. They are keeping food down.

2. The purse my sis gave to me for Christmas. Liz I LOVE it!

3. Projects at work. I definitely do not have a monotonous job. Every day is different. I'm never bored!

4. A good night's sleep. No need for Diet Coke today.

5. Setting apart blessings. Really you guys, I have a new calling that's not really in my comfort/knowledge/desire zone. I'm a little freaked out.

BONUS: My husband, who gave me a blessing the other night. I'm lucky that he's worthy and willing to help me out! Love you Darin!
